We are looking for feedback on 2008 season. Please be sure to share you opinions.

Lakes on schedule(by votes turned in on question sheets).

Neely Henry
Riverside
Brushy Branch
Guntersville
Logan Martin
Wedowee
Westpoint

This will leave June for an open tournament that we will be looking for
volunteers to help organize. Also a classic in october.

We need some feedback and we need everyone to show up to a meeting that will be held a few weeks after the classic in 2007. If you would like to have a say in the direction the club goes you will really need to be at the meeting.

HOW ABOUT LAKE LANIER? JULY IS PROBALLY NOT A GOOD MONTH FOR THAT LAKE BECAUSE OF THE BOAT TRAFFIC, BUT IT'S SOME OF THE BEST SPOTTED BASS FISHING AROUND. ALSO, A GREAT LAKE IS OCONEE. IN OTHER CLUBS I'VE FISHED (SAME AS BASSSSSOUTH 12-15 BOATS) SEVERAL BOATS HAVE A 5LB FISH AND USUALLY A 7 TO 8 LB. FISH IS WEIGHED IN (LARGE MOUTH). ALSO SINCLAIR (I PERSONALLY HATE THE LAKE (ALMOST AS MUCH AS WEST POINT) BUT, A LOT OF BIG LARGE MOUTHS ARE USUALLY WEIGHED IN, THE FIRST TIME I EVER FISHED IT I CAME INTO WEIGH IN WITH MY CHEST POKED OUT WEIGHING IN MY 4.9LB FISH WITH 4 OTHER KEEPERS. I DUMPED THE FISH INTO THE BASKET AND NONE OF THE ONLOOKERS EVEN BATTED AN EYE. I WANTED TO CRY WHEN THEY DUMPED THE FISH BACK INTO MY BAG WITHOUT EVEN WEIGHING MY BIG FISH. "MAYBE THEY DIDN'T SEE IT" I THOUGHT TO MYSELF. I HAD THEM WEIGH IT JUST IN CASE, BUT I SOON LEARNED THAT EVERYBODY HAD 4 AND 5 LB. FISH AND ONE HUSBAND AND WIFE TEAM HAD TWO 7.5 LB. FISH AND THREE 4 TO 5 LB. FISH. CAUGHT OFF A SPINNERBAIT. SPINNERBAIT, WHAT'S THAT, IS THAT LIKE A ROOSTERTAIL?
