You would be amazed at what you can do one handed when you get used to it. I know somethings may seem like hard work for others but it is just light duty for some of us. Laughing Just kidding I just hope I get it done before Feb. 24th because that deck with no carpet is slippery and my partner has enough trouble staying in the boat already. Wink

p.s. Just following doctors orders Exclamation

Just let me know javelin if I can help, I will try anyway I can.

How did you attach the new deck to the drivers console? Or did you just attach it to the floor and sides? I am starting to feel like tearing out my carpet and making a mess. Cool

Here are a few pics under the deck. The braces are treated 1x6 coated with resin, I used about 7 in all plus the 3/4 plywood seperating the two compartments. I was concerned with the weight of the whole thing but after it was finished it was fairly light, maybe 50lbs at the most, if that.. Most impressed with the comfortroll, it looked huge when I took it out of the box but once installed it was perfect, can't wait to try it out. Laughing

Thanks a million! I am going to tear into my boat tomorrow if it is warm enough. My wife says she will kill me because I just bought the boat. But if it turns out as well as yours, she will be happy. Keep me in the loop on your progress if you don't mind. I'll let you know when I get started. Thanks again!!
