Best I understand guys we still need some sponsors. I know Todd and Duane don't want to ask to much of our members, but if any of you know any potential sponsors then ask them or tell me how to contact them and I will go ask them. Sponsorships help to pay for items such as Hats, t- shirts, decals, and plaques. Membership helps with some of this but it does not cover all the cost. Todd has paid money out of his pocket to reward(thank you plaques and such) our sponsors and there is also a fee for the maintenance of this website(which I feel many people enjoy). If you have any questions about how much is requested or what different amounts donated will include for a sponsor, contact Duane or Todd and I'm sure they will be more than happy to provide that information.

Also, with the 1st tournament approaching, any returning members need to get their membership fee's in. (I'm guilty, but they will have mine friday-12-2007)

As said many times before, please invite a team. It would be great to have between 10 and 15 boats each tourny(11 to 16 if I show up). If you do have a team interested, please ask them to check out the web page and read all the rules and ask questions on the forum so there is not any confusion tournament day.

Thanks T.W. for bringing up sponsors, and yes he is right, we are in need for these. We are trying to get the ones from last year back . Duane got us started pretty good last year by recruiting sponsors, but we are not as in good of shape as last year. If you have a relative, friend or just know a business owner ask them about sponsorship, you will be suprised how many people are willing. We dont ask for much, any small amount is welcome. Tell them about our site and if they have a site we will provide a link also we will add them to our banner. Cheap advertisement for any business. If the donated amount is sufficient, say $ 150 bucks or more will provide them with a plague, the reason I say that amount is the plaques are not cheap. But we are welcome to any amount, just keep this in mind. As the phone company would say, JUST ASK !!!
